We are currently experiencing high appointment demand. We are doing our best to see as many pets as possible each day. Unfortunately, we have been experiencing “No Shows” and last minute cancellations almost every day. This is wasting our valuable appointment time and we have decided that as of August 1^st, we will be instituting a fee for No Shows and last minute cancellations. We ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you give us at least 6 hours of notice so that we can try and use the time for another pet. Our fee will be $25 per pet.
