COVID-19 UPDATE 5/15/2020

We have been monitoring the guidelines from the Governor and the Ohio Veterinary Medical Association. In an abundance of caution, we have made the decision to continue with our current system of not permitting clients in the building through May 31st. Our concern is to protect client and employee health while remaining open and available to care for your pets. We will reevaluate at the end of the month. We are hoping to allow clients in the building in a restricted manner starting in June.

We will continue to be operating by curbside assistance only through May 31st. We are asking all clients to call 614-846-9644 when they arrive in the parking lot. If you do not have a cell phone, you may knock on the door at the far end of the sidewalk to alert us to your presence. (Where you would normally exit after an exam.)

We are scheduling appointments for routine and minor health concerns and not restricting them to urgent/emergent health concerns. We are also able to schedule non urgent surgeries, such as spays/neuters and dental cleanings.

With our current COVID protocols in place, we are unable to see the same volume of patients that we normally see on a daily basis under normal circumstances. We would like you to be aware that we are booking out at least 1 to 2 weeks in advance for routine and minor health concerns depending on your availability and doctor preference.

We are extending our hours back towards normal as needed.

New Temporary Hours as of 5/18/20:

Monday - Friday: 8:00am-6:00pm

Saturday: 8:00am-1:00pm

Thank you for your patience during this unprecedented time. We will continue to update you as the situation changes.
