Update on Hospital Protocol Due to COVID-19 (3/23/20)

Over the weekend, The Governor announced Stay at Home, effective tonight through April 6th. We are considered an essential business and are able to stay open and available for your pet's urgent and emergent health concerns. To comply with the order and to protect client and employee health, we are tightening our COVID-19 protocols.

In an abundance of caution, we have made the decision to no longer permit clients in the building. We will be operating by curbside assistance only. We are asking all clients to call 614-846-9644 when they arrive in the parking lot. If you do not have a cell phone, you may knock on the door at the far end of the sidewalk to alert us to your presence. (Where you would normally exit after an exam)

We are no longer scheduling appointments or elective surgeries for non urgent or emergent health concerns through April 6th. Routine/Wellness exams and elective surgeries will be rescheduled or postponed. Please call us to discuss if your pet should be seen at this time.

If you have a scheduled appointment, please call to let us know when you have arrived.  A Veterinary Technician will come outside to get your pet and will take them in for their exam while you remain outside. We will take your pet's history and discuss their exam and treatment plan via phone call.

If you do not wish to wait while your pet is examined, you may arrange to drop off your pet prior to their exam time, and pick them up at a later time.

Please call ahead for supplies, such as food and medications, so that we can get any necessary doctor approvals and gather them for you. We will let you know when they are ready for pick up. Please call when you arrive, and someone will bring them out to you.

We are not accepting cash or check payments at this time. Only Debit, Visa, Discover, Mastercard and Care Credit. We would prefer to take your payment over the phone, but can take your physical card inside to run the transaction if you would prefer.

Please bear with us as we are having higher call volume. If all lines are busy, please try to call again.
